RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Excellon unit loses appeal !Marine. Based on Excellon's communications there are two key facts here. The lawsuit was against  San Pedro  and not Excellon and   San Pedro   has a contract to purchase the property at any time for $500,000. Per Excellon's NR. "San Pedro has the right to purchase absolute title to La Antigua including the NSR royalty upon payment of US$500,000. San Pedro has accrued the Advanced Royalty on an ongoing basis and the Agreement currently remains in force." My guess is that San Pedro has been waiting for the final decision on the lawsuit before they purchase La Antiqua for $500,000, which would be money well spent, and finally put an end to this debacle which IMO was way over blown.
