BRENDAN INFORM US. 120 days have passed since San Pedro's appeal was dismissed, and as Excellon informed in its statement dated on August 10th, there´s no further legal appeal in Mexico, and in that same statement it reports that they are searching ways and solutions under international law, it also states that additional updates will be provided.
However, after 120 days no solution has been reported. Could it be that he has not found a right agreement, ¿what he has been doing? is he looking for solutions that are not at all legal, and continue to get Excellon into more legal problems?
