RE:Is anyone else there? More news is in Excellon's latest Corp. Presentation. Here is my interpretation and comments. Excellon has "cleaned up" its self created issues at a huge expense to long term shareholders in terms of lost assets and dilution of stock contributing to further widening the performance gap between Excellon and its peers. Stock dilution did the most damage by reducing the value of existing investors shares and their proportional ownership of Excellon to a point where they lost controlling interest in the company! The data below shows Excellon did this by increasing its shares outstanding by 73million since 2016, by 53million since 2022. Although the resulting low share price did create an "attractive entry point" for new investors as Excellon claims, it benefitted those receiving stock options and those receiving stock for payment of debt the most giving the latter controlling interest in Excellon, which had a market cap of over $100 million just three years ago, for the extremely low price of around $10 million! These are big issues and IMO questions Excellon's credibility, motives and their commitment to long term shareholders. One way to help correct this is the "spin-out of Excellon’s highly prospective Silver City Project in Saxony, Germany to Excellon shareholders" which it stated it would do in a 12 Sept 2022 NR and give the new company's stock to Excellon shareholders on record prior to he NR date. We will have to wait to see what other actions Excellon takes to fix these issues as well. The rest of the presentation goes into detail on how Excellon is going to increase the value of its assets and what that value could be. Some of it was restating what Excellon had previously published, but there was new information that looks very promising for the company's future. You can read the entire presentation link below and come to your own conclusions.
