just sell the whole company for a dollar

Seems to me this is the deadest company in a terrible sector.  I think management needs to sell the whole company to someone with cash.  EXN either needs to end the lawsuit or just be sold.  Seems like the options for long term big growth have been screwed over by Cahill's incompetence with mexican corporate law.  I know there is a sector issue going too but the properties EXN has need cash investment and we have no cash.  So either dilute the shares of the company at the lowest stock value in history or find a suitor with deep pockets.  if  us shareholders had the plan to for the future like the new york stock exchange got then maybe i could change my mind but without that information then there's no point.

I think that's exactly what is going to happen. The buyer is known, and is pushing down the price by shorting it unmercifully. It will go to somebody for about a dollar. Otis Gold was so much better.

THis can't come soon enough.  In the last 3 months the stock is down 80% and we haven't scene any of the large shareholders even sell.  Its been 20k volume a day since we were over 80 cents and that big 38 million share spike.  Which turned out to be the biggest bull trap ever trapping in millions of shares in between 80 cents and 1.75 which has made the fall much worse
