After doing an offering at 70 cents or whatever it was in June, it's quite an accomplishment to raise $35 million at $3.25 only 6 months later. I normally post about Xebec, but I've been watching this one. It's performing extremely well. Forget the analysts, watch the market. It's the ultimate analyst, and it updates its research every day. This one looks pretty good to me.
