10 year lease on new warehouse This is all pretty amazing get us on the TSX and then NASDAQ asap

"On March 16, 2021, the Company entered a ten-year lease commencing on August 1, 2021 for a 36,966 sq,ft, warehouse facility and office in Calgary AB Canada."
