  After traveling to Europe and observing the age of row housing and calculating the accumulated rents the nubmers get exciting.   Too bad in NA our buidling last for such a short period of time.  Glad you have a few and are making a good living off them.  Its rewarding.  The funadmentals of Exro remain the same.  They are in the budiling phase so no revenue just yet.  When they do I suspect the revenue stream will be like owning multifamily units in downtown Paris.
