....We are seeking an inspired, motivated, observant, and empathetic Designer who is eager to work closely with creative and technical disciplines to produce, design, and maintain the company’s visual design for our digital media platforms, printed materials, and internal tools. From the layout of a website to social media and email marketing campaigns to large images seen on billboards, the successful candidate will create visual concepts to communicate Exro’s products, mission, and vision.
 

Responsibilities

• Work within existing brand guidelines and maintain consistency within the brand as well as champion brand identity.
• Produce designed content that aligns with the brand identity for marketing campaigns and content development plans across media.
• Design visual assets for marketing and web, photo retouches and enhancements, and animated GIFs.
• Collaborate with Art Director to conduct quality assurance on creative deliverables, websites, and brand materials.
• Build and maintain a rapport with the marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and management.
• Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
