Nearly all Exro shareholders a Loaded up and have little reserves left, the newcomers are too lazy to do their DD and find the story too good to be true so they criticize rather than dig. Its simple human psychology. as a side note Heat is NOTHING like Exro. its run by an oil and gas guy who knows nothing about EV's and brining product to market, knows nothing about manufacturing and the processes required to validate the tech for use, furthermore Heat is pursuing efficiencies within the inverter to try and make inverters themselves more heat efficient as stand alone units. Heats inverter does nothing to improve the overall vehicle performance it does NOT allow users to eliminate onboard chargers, or gearboxes or reduce the size of motors. No
