They are involved in over 5600 patent applications, and they have offices in many cities and States throughout the U.S. The "SEA" may just be their own designation of it originating from their Seattle office. Oh well, enough of that for now.

could be that it was filed in the Seattle office .
The Seattle office -- you could be right there - I never thought of a Seattle office but my mind wondered about the SEA business that Exro is involved with but I could not think of a connection - but it tweeked my interest enough I felt I had to mention it. I see the "correspondent/lawyer" is actually located in Seattle???
There is no USPTO Regional office in Seattle -
