Keep this in Mind Exro could not have landed the OEM without having in place a Tier 1 motor supplier, a Tier 1 contract manufacturer capable of building coil drivers, and a Tier 1 manufacturer capable of building the housings/casings.
the OEM is designing the integration of the components and will be working with Exro, the Tier 1 housing supplier and securing Motors and Coil Drivers for when the design is completed and ready for integration.
A lot went into securing this OEM.
I believe the recent financing, Wolong, Europe NDA 2 spoke about in the webcast, and the Contract Manufacturer who recently delivered the high voltage coil drivers were all a necessary part of this Deal.
Linamar and Sea created the credibility needed to give the OEM confidence and they saw Exro is the real deal.
