Another Great Point if the CD side Will Drag Down the ESS.... Side as a whole for the company....???
.... exronly made the great point of the ESS side may be as high as a 100x multiple while.the CD would may reach a 20x if lucky....
...take the scenario out 8/18 months and ESS is bringing in $500 million and the CD maybe $50 million.... Then what...who sorts out what to assigne a multiple on the 1 company.....only one way to really max out the shareholders value at that point...mo
