RE:Improving Motor Efficiency

RE:Improving Motor EfficiencyNice find Wriggles, I hadn't seen this article before.

With this current softness we are seeing in th share price, which is almost certainly due in a large part to tax loss selling, I reviewed the recent AMA presentation.  At the 31:30 mark Sue addressed the issue of future financings and stated that since "we are now in production we have a few more options" which is a paraphrase but she also went on to say "it's not something that keeps me up at night", also a paraphrase.

So, I got to thinking about what new fianancing option do present themselves now that they are in production.  Obviously, some sort of banking arrangement and a line of credit comes to mind.  They must now have inventory, purchase orders and some receivables and a profit margin on what ever goods are sold to secure a line of credit.  You know, the stuff bankers like to see.  I would think bankers go out of their way to find customers with high growth potential that could become a substantial client some day and secure them early in their corporate history.

Towards the end of the AMA session Sue also fielded some unfiltered questions narrated by Mr Bishop in the background and one of them was about government financial incentive programs and grant money that may be available.  She responded to that question by characterizing EXRO as the middle child in the scope of potential recipients.  She also mentioned she sat on an advisory committee for NEMA (I think it was) not sure what the acronym stands for but in summary she didn't completely discount the possibility there is a possibility for some financial support could come down that avenue.

Anyway, all in all my review gave me a better sense that all's well in EXRO land and the recent dip in the share price is temporary. Nobody likes being under water on and investment, just don't blow out and let your ears pop.

That's my 2 cents.

Merry Christmas and my best wishes to all for a happy new year!

best regards
