My takeaway was: Teams are pushed on deadlines and extra work added

New Mgmt with teams dropping the ball

Above average pay with room for advancement

Nepotizm was mentioned

I get that they need to push to get to market and they pay for the drive. Think when Josh left there was a hole that wasn't filled.
