First; you rag on and on about insiders not stepping up and participating in financings and when they do, you then criticize them, think there is an ulterior motive or that some nefarious forces are in play? There's a name for this sort of rationale.
Second; Rebuild has input of the final product that requires certidfication. Does it really seem odd to you that they may want to certify a finished product?
Third; don't you think a revolutionary technical step performance like induction motors (without REEs) and CD technology is woth announcing in showcased invironment? It's revolutionary for heaven's sake!
