If I had subscribed for it I would see about pulling out & buying in the market if you still want shares. Not always possible but sometimes you can. I would think with all the high powered/priced employees they could fill a small placement like this. I would hope to see Sue in for a few shares.

$ 1.05 - $ .765 = $ .285 cents per share savings over the PP price, okay you lose the warrant, but in these uncertain times it would make those in the PP think again. 3 moths ago at $ 1.50 I did not see us being cust in half to $ .75 today. We need some NEWS now. Their are a lot o nervous shareholders. Getting further underwater everyday. The spring coil is being tightened, to things could happen,
