From the news release highlights: The European partner, which remains under NDA, is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of solutions in an off-highway sector and is forecast to generate multi-billion dollars in sales in 2022. On successful customer testing and validation, the development agreement will transition to a series production agreement for 8,000-10,000+ Coil

Of course when they say "forecast to generate multi-billion dollars in sales......." it is referring to the European partner with their big off road equipment not multi-billion dollars of Exro equipment. How many dollars it might equate to for Exro is a different matter but in relative terms it could be substantial.

Despite the lawsuit against EXRO, the company is signing agreements with several partners and it seems that despite this threat EXRO is moving forward with its products. I have difficulty understanding how such agreements can be signed when the future is uncertain. I would like to know if anyone has an answer.

The answer is simple and has been posted on this board many times. If you would like to hear EXRO's answer please review the last webcast where EXRO answers the question as to liability presented by this issue.

Went to the website and found the reference to webinairs. Found the latest one from September which lists a large nuber of questions but no answers. I see at least 4 questions related to the infringement law suit. Where does a person go to find answers that were given?

The data below is dated July 29, 2022 but since then (September) both companies have made presentations to the courts regarding their individual patents. Something being stated within the last two weeks regarding the court discussions would be more relevant. If the patent court goes to a trial it is currently scheduled for 2024. That's a lot of water under the bridge in the meantime. From the
