To the best of my knowledge this all started in a garage in Victoria and was financed by one or two individuals keeping Jonathan Ritchey (inventor) going. I would have to get clarity but I think Mr. godsey was one and brought in another. Exro may not have happened if it wasn't for those funding Jonathan. I'll try and get confirmation I beleive I'm accurate but this is what I heard when

 There is a lot of stuff in Sedar and too numerous to copy & paste. One thing I spotted was that the first financials back around 2016 were signed by Mark Godsy and Jill Bodkin. Jonathan Richey(Inventor) and Frank Borowicz were also noted as directors. Also the original company BioDE Ventures refers to a Douglas Johnson as being a major shareholder along with an unidentified other
