Very very valid point. One of my best low risk scores was in the mid 80's,when I directed clients to buy Loblaws because it was trading below the value of its real estate alone. Good call on Ret. You've been talking to about that for a couple of years, I think.

There will be plenty of FOMO between now and March 1st. Volume for sure. With Teslas big day on the 1st as well, some putting 2and 2 together will not want to miss out. Personally, I have my doubts, as it seems Exro is most interested in tier 1 motor manufacturers.
