I'm happy as will a lot of others be. I like so many have sold and replaced my shares with the offering... that's what is happening it's what normally happens. except for a few nervous folks they are now being replaced. See what happens.

I'm fine with it - it is what it is.  Bought ~ $5k more shares (wish I could afford more) as am in for the long haul.

Good for you.... for getting in on the placement.  I take it you were upside down on the holdings that you sold?  Tis what it is, but if you were in the money on your holdings, you will have to pay tax on the gain.   GLTA MC

Hi Mark ....pay tax? Not until I start cashing in my rrsp and don't forget about tfsa's. Thx for the financial advice..I've been here a long time I don't post a whole lot I still own shares from the firs financing at .35 cents. Today my broker sold 20k of those to buy the financing I've done that a few times over the years not huge hits but worth the 5 minutes work. Good luck ...more

Ok ..wait? What??...you sold shares that you paid $.35 for and bought shares for $2.25? didn't that reduce your share count?

not if you bought the same amount, sold 20k at $2.41 bought 20k at $2.25 in my rrsp no taxes small easy gain like so many were doing today...not usually that easy thats for sure.
