Most companies relish the chance to improve their share price. Is any of the noise this person is talking about "material", if it is it should be reported.

I did not look to see if Tesla went through the NDA scenario but looking at their trading history it does have a "patience" component: July 2010 to Mar 2013    Price range = $1 to $2.60 May 2013 = $6.50 Aug 2014 = $17 Aug 2017 = $23 Feb 2020 = $53 Jan 2021 = $293 2010 to 2013 equals almost 3 years spinning the wheels going nowhere. 2013 to 2021 equals 8 years of
