Suspicious - financing deal or stop loss?

Someone priced in 10% dilution/stake deal? Seems fishy, clearly a backdoor deal, someone knew something. Only red one in a sea of red. Or stop losses triggered for traders?

Someone knew something? Everyone knew a financing was/is required sooner than later & if they don't get it done quick it's only going to get worse.
