Together, Exro and SEA target delivery of more than 1,000 propulsion technology systems to these OEMs in 2024, with aggregate revenues forecasted to be more than C$200 million for the calendar year 2024. Combined with an asset-light business model focused on technology, these targets provide for a defined path to profitability within 12 months of completing the Transaction.

Oh man 300 million shares though... weren't we at like 400 million  before?  Like what sort of yearly revenue  would we need to expect to balance that 700 million shares in order to be worth  even like  more than a few dollars

I could imagine a reverse stock split for a higher stock price and then NASDAQ listing

Why don't you tell the board how you arrived at your valuation number?  Are you really saying that a company that will generate $400 million in 2024 revenues with a 25+ percent gross margin will have a market cap of $180 million? if the market is prepared to pay 1X revenues (which just happens to be what the new money is paying) then the company will stay close to the current SP. If the stock is trading at $1.00 before a 10 - 1 stock split then after the split the shares should trade at $10.00 and be more attractive to institutional investors and if they have revenue and earnings growth the shares should perk up and give you a better return on your investment. Now we should have revenue and earnings expectation for the year which is positive
Comment by Nha1985 on Jan 30, 2024 10:19am
hadn't thought of that lol

This deal avoids being taken out by cash rich private equity . Cash positions by private equity has never been higher. Cash at All Time highs looking for new spaces  to call home ....

Taken out?   You mean being sold so all the shareholders can actually make money. Of course  if the magic beans were real they could have been bought up by a major OEM in a share swap deal.
