It does seem that this company doesn' care much about the retail investor. Maybe they should start doing something for retail since they will need their votes to get this deal across the finish line.

Action the company should care about.  Wouldn't it be wonderful or is it too much to ask for Exro to at least Try and Prop up the Stock price with some buying programs from hired guns to get it over the finish line? The Exro shareholders are taking it bent over and spelling R U N and the Sea shareholders are laughing.

Book runners are propping it up but they are having a hard time with the exrof side. Key will be holding .89 if they lose that .73 will easily break and it's into the .30-.50  This will take time

Well I guess if one were a shareholder I guess they could sell their shares at 90 cents and pick up 3 times as many of HEAT at 30 cents. They just did a $2M financing at 25 cents. As I understand, the most negative guys on here do not own shares of EXRO though and maybe they are already HEAT owners..

If the deal is off  then exro is gone      They have not sold the coil driver to any major players Havent been tried in mack or Hino , Not in VMC 1200 and they just put the VMC  bus demo unit out and at max has 100 pc order from 2 years ago  Not a chance thats shipped and paid  It looks like ZERO cell driver orders  They have been simply selling stocks not
