The final document lists the manufacturer as Exro but as the trucks were built in 2023is it actually the Sea Electric propulsion system or were they in fact using Exro components at that time. It's now all recognized as Exro at this point because of the merger but I just wonder if it is an Exro component or a Sea Electric component? Not great news at this time if it is an Exro technology

I just mention it because it is a possiblity the Exro BMS (Battery Management System) is possibly a better product and can be used as a replacement with little repercussion. Also the BCM is a critical component of Exro's ESS business so is it a much broader problem or what? Software took years to rid off major bugs, and might introduce new bugs along with the fix, that's why only large players could afford the manpower to do Software

This excerpt from a Feb/2021 news release certainly suggests that Sea Electric was quite likely using the Exro Battery Management System for the 24 Mack Trucks that have been identified as having a problem. Then the question is "Is this the same BMS that UL is having problems with?" Exro Strengthens Partnership with SEA Electric to Accelerate

Why do you need a break? The article was put out in 2021 saying that Sea would be using the Exro BMS. That's all i'm showing. Is that difficult to comprehend?

I refer you to one of Sue's AMA events in mid 2023 discussing Cell Driver and their BMS capabilities. She was unequivocal  in e in stating that at that time BMS in e mobility was not in the plans for Exro. So I wonder how Exro could have been participating with SEA in a mobility application.
