RE:RE:Watch Senate Proceedings (June 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM EDT)Cotter was strong and succinct about why the amendment should not be supported, contrary to the 2 that preceded him that were in advocacy of it.  The vote on the amendment is at 5:11. Hopefully it gets rejected, no more amendments are proposed, and the bill as is can be voted on and passed.
