RE:smarter investors than me bought in at $.90Yes agree, smart money put 25M @90c and same week short put some 10M on line. Now these are two opposite take on FANS but when PP was offered at 90c, stock price was around $1.20 and bill C218 was just passed & UK license was in the wings.
