I tend to look not just at numbers but what they do.
Like Northwest as its expanding across the globe which makes it very stable. In lot of countries they own the hospitals. Here medical buildings will never be out of date.
Last year was trading at around $6 and continued to scoop it up
Dividends at DR lower than Northwest
