RE: why is fco headed up- lots of reasons

RE: why is fco headed up- lots of reasonsperhaps so - as I posted earlier I am not a pro - just doing the math. I am new to the stock and so I am not looking at past history or previous pricing, just comparing total market cap to proven resources and probable income streams. Will any PP be needed beyond the financing resulting from BFS and warrant purchases - perhaps, but with BFS they should be able to borrow much if not all of what is needed - either way since the company is beyond exploration additional money should be used to add value to the company on at least a par basis. Once this company is established with revenue from refining operations, mining operations, and other properties under development who knows where the share price will go? Add a little buying frenzy from a hyped commodity market and it could get very, very good. In any case, 1.20CAN is more than 400% more than it was worth a month ago and that is the minimum expected upside from just the BFS completion not actual mine operation- say 50-60 million per year for conservative income estimate for even 5 years - do the math what's the market cap? Now project increased price in cobalt - due to demand, due to rising energy costs for difficult deposits and transportation, due to currency devaluation - take your pick, where is the market cap then? Then add in a very profitable refinery operation at assets plus 10xannual income, then if UR plays out, then if other properties develop, and don't forget the mineralization of the primary cobalt deposit looks like it is going to be way, way underestimated in the BFS. Also, as I was not watching when the PP were done, were they used to fund the research needed for the Mining Permiting process and BFS, were some used to purchase that UR property that we are all speculating (but not depending) on, were some used to purchase the 20-40million dollar refinery for less than 2 million and then put it into production - if so, then I would say that the PP amounts were leveraged to good effect - or what will be good effect as these things start showing up in the share price. Just because some choose to sell a few million shares at a discount does not discount the value of over 100million shares that will trade at their true value - same way if your neighbor sold their house for 1.00 would not make your house worth only 1.00 (unless you decided you better sell now before the houses go even lower). Anyway, as I said, just doing the math.
