As I understand it the BFS is supposed to be out first quarter 06 - best guess is mid to end Feb - but that is just a guess. The decline was to be done this spring on plan of Forest Service to verify that they do not hit water in the construction of the decline, as a due diligence effort by the forest service. So as I understand it whatever approvals are needed for that, are supposed to be in before spring so they can be digging in the wettest part of the year. This would put to rest any related enviro questions to ground water seepage in the mining system before the final question and answer period in Aug can even raise them. Just my understanding of the reports I read.
