Pay Day ???
Pay Day ???I forgot...(not unusual for one of my age) would someone please refresh
my old faded memory...What is the expected date that the "final" permit is
due to be made public? I realize that no one (at least that I know of) has
a positively known definitive crystal ball date and time... but, there must
be several who just may know pretty closely and wouldn't mind sharing
(again) this information.
Is there a lottery going on as to when? How about one on $FCO?
Date, Hour, Minute, Second. (Something like the Spring Ice Breakup
in one of the larger rivers in alaska.)
Who will announce it first? The Forrest Service or FCO or ???? Or Doug
