Doug's reply was good advice...
But, my answer to your question is much more negative...
Since OB took office in the USA the 1st of the year, He has acted
like ALL the present collected taxes (plus all the future taxes to be
collected - for generations to come) are HIS. Personal funds to do
with as he pleases. Next...With his great need for attention (or
adoration- if you will), and his stated support for more need of the
electric auto here, he will do whatever he and his donkey followers
in the congress (H & S) need to do to get them manufactured here
(or - imported. This means to me, that (even thought he reiterates
the great need to create more jobs for and in the USA) he is not
beyond having these electric cars (with batteries) produced else-
where in the world (like Venezuela, or China, or even Mexico).
What was the old slogan... WE NEED CHANGE.
So, yes the electric car program will go forward....
But, imho, not in the way we usually do business here in the USA.
Nor, in the way it was originally conceived by many here.
