This last post of yours, If True, is very revealing and is sure to "blind
side" a few of the "loyal" solders of FMI.
I do agree withy your assessment of ALL the players in this scenario.
But, IF you are correct my suggestion is to protect your back side
as these "bunch of thieves" are very capable of pulling out all 
stops to keep this out of the news.
How many lawyers do you have?
How many lawyers does Coalcorp, Xstrata/Noranda, Goldman -
Sacks, FMI have - combined? Not to mention $$$$$$$$ and a few
Mafia friends too.
