Sleep on these things ... RE: Rick H on Al Korelin

Sleep on these things ... RE: Rick H on Al Korelin

What's that old adage ...

Figures don't lie ... but, ... Managers do (like - they often misrepresent the whole true facts by only making

public the information that they need to - to justify what they want (never are they "all in").  Like, what is the

real worth of the Kellogg complex?

Not book value ... but market value, or replacement value, or even an insurance evaluation. Those would

be closer to it's real value. Same with Uranium. When (if ever) was an Asset Value Evaluation performed

by a professional accredited outside appraiser? Again, the same with the Mexico Silver "mother

load". Old, what's his name, use to say, that this silver find wouldn't take much infrastructure at all to load

it out to the refinery. (Oh yah, his name was Phil.)

And, what has the recently completed test results revealed (on all resources including REEs)?

Who's right? The accountants or the BB posters? My bet is - neither are correct - or even close!

I'm sure that most of this "updated" information has been revealed to the Financial Institutions which

they (Ms. CEO and Mr. President) are trying (?) to get a loan from. Secrets - kept from those who don't

need to know - Aha, the Shareholders.

PS ... .42 Divided X 7 = ___.   How many large Financial Investors did we succeed to attract to buy FCO

stocks with that RS? My bet ... not even six .. .06 is the now the pre RS - value of our precious stock.

PPS Quiz: Was the RS done in the best interest of the Shareholders? (using hindsight). What's the

difference between: I'm doing the best I can for myself. Or, I'm doing the best I can for the shareholders.

Lastly, what is the primary responsibility of the CEO to the SH's?
