RE:this is a lost case...

RE:this is a lost case...Another opinion ... mine (pun intended). For most present Shareholders your dead center.
But, for "a very few" it's not a "lost case" ... I'd say it's really a "control case" ... mostly of patience ...
I would venture a guess that the future is very bright, for a few individuals and companies ...

Remember the top leaders of FCO are ex-employees of Xstrata and friends.
Remember too, how they came about getting access to the "claims"? (By their  genius ?) ...

Now, when the "timing" is "right", and Xstrata and friends resolve their government/ enviromental problems, and  "can" go back to work at their "next door" High Purity Cobalt mine (with reserves - of which the FCO Claims were once part thereof), and which is now under a "Superfund" enviromental situation. The catch is is that now Xstrata and friends cannot
presently "get at" the older mines reserves.  ...

The "case", FCO SP will be low (literally pennies) and the ICP mgm with it's in hand "fully permitted approvals" for it's mine, will meet with Xstrata. (To review approvals; Federal and State, Forest Service, Enviromental, up to date mining and processing technologies. And; it's above the ground roads, power lines, manufacturing and processing equipment mostly [if not all engineering completed and purchased], etc., and/or all already build and ready for installation and operating ...

Remember too (the milking of Stock Holders), that all this "work" so far has been paid for by those who purchased stock in FCO and/or paid the high interest rates on loans repaid to friends ... In this case, the "longs" are the ones who have kept the management in suites with wine and caviar ... not to mention high salaries and very light work loads ... and the Silver in
Mexico, the Uranium in Canada, And Gold ...

It's a no brainer that Xstrata and friends will be standing by ready to complete this coupe ...

What does this say about this management? What say ye LaurinDE
A clever way to go around the government to get a permit to mine Cobalt
right here in the USof A
