RE:cobalt sultfate is only $5k/t. How ecobalt make money with I think you will find that the cobalt sulfate price you mention of $51,000 per tonne is on top of the basic cobalt metal price of $51,000 per tonne.
If you try to buy a tonne of cobalt sulfate of the necessary purity I bet it will cost you $56,000 per tonne.
Plug that into your mine figures and the mine gross income is 11 x more than you stated in your post.
On top of that you can add the gold and copper known pounds.
On top of all those you can add another known 17 ore zones yet to be properly drilled.
That probably adds decades of mine life and huge value to this small starting point.
