This is old news... something that they've been doing for a long time, especially since the North American cobalt mines don't exist yet. And now toyota is also being supplied by Panasonic. The question is not who is supplyingTesla now, rather where will the ECS cobalt go... and ECS is in talks with dozens of folks.
