RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:cobalt hit all time high Friday Insider holdings from INK Research. It's a subscription service, but if you have a TD WebBroker account, you can see the reports for free.(not including directors) As can be seen, these insiders do not have much skin in the game. Most of their holdings are options or warrants which they received either free, or at greatly reduced prices. Actual common share ownership is only about 1.25 million shares. Farquharson and Honsinger in particular stand out, as they have been with eCobalt/Formation for over 20 years, yet own collectively about 1 million shares. Without doing a lot of research, I would suspect that at least some of these common shares were received either through exercised options or as outright grants.
