keep in mind this is in Chinese (chinese company announcement in a Chinese exchange are usually in chinese)

one thing that was missing from previous post is that they could not sign the agreement in the past few days was becuase it was chinese new years holiday.  They are planning to finalize the agreement (signing) this weekend. 


Bear in mind, this is a Canadian Company, the news announcement did not mention exporting the Cobalt to China (although it's a fair assumption).    Trump cannot reject the deal of a Canadian Company. 

What Trump can do is ban exportation Critial Mineral.  

This deal is subject to Canadian Regulators' approval
