We are on the page there. I wrote Kevin Brady last month with that same information and evidently he listen as he brought it up in his last townhall meeting.
I sent an email to him earlier this week. Will it help? I don't know but as you said, I can't hurt.
If they are serious about these minerals, they will watch this transaction. I'm not sure what they are prepared or able to do given their track record on protecting our resources.
