 I voted "no".  In addition to everything you pointed out...eCobalt's weak rebuttal to the release by First Cobalt convinced me even more that management doesn't have any valid reason with respect to the shareholders to justify the merger. Even if the mine remains mothballed until a better deal comes along (or simply until cobalt prices rise and it can move forward independently), shareholders will be better off.  Sure would be nice if people with integrity or an ounce of honesty were in charge of these companies.
