When it lst hit my radar it was in the .70's and just skyrocketed with the general announcement it would open. They have had a few problems with securing permits and the local natives, yet that has hurt their price. I feel comfortable that they have hired Shaw Environmental to make sure everything is in order and no surprises. So, I feel $1.50 in the VERY near future is reasonable.
It was interesting to see this fly on such a down day and the volume has been out of this world!
