DST Dundee Corp has a 63% equity interest and a 74% voting interest in Dundee Sustainable Technology. Now we know why ECS was so quick to announce they would be using DST's arsenic removal process. Dundee Corp also just happens to own about 17 million ECS shares, almost 12% of the outstanding shares of ECS. Go figure who's getting greased. Guess who's calling the shots?
