The Company’s primary asset is the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises approximately 17 contiguous claims totaling approximately 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, notable for hosting the highest-grade uranium deposits and operating mines in the world. The Company also has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling 11,148-hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.

RE:Will FCU be sold within a few month's.?.I think Randhawa shouldn't even toy with the idea of a buyout this early in the game, I would imagine most shareholders would feel betrayed cosidering the potential here... Even with a similar premium to the Denison deal that would still be less then $1.50 per share...  Now I'm more into AMW then FCU, 75% of my holding vs 25%, and a buyout this early would probably benefit my AMW shares greatly as would become the only true way to play this discovery, however I would still like to see this played out and no part of it given away for cheap...
