Lensing does not occur unless the air-ice boundary is curved. Ice topography will tend to be flat, and even if there is some small local convave ice topography, this will very obviously be counteracted by the associated local convex curvatures. To imply that there will be some net lensing which causes appreciable melting is simply asinine.
Don't talk about things that you clearly do not understand and have zero education in, please.
