Only problem you will have is finding a better stock in the venture market. Anybody who has been in this market knows what happens during the year or so preceeding a takeover. Those that sold because the stock price moved in the wrong direction, and grabbed their meager profit are still depressed because they missed the big payday! This will be no different.
Those investment firms that are holding millions of shares are not selling, they are buying.
