Re Share Holdings

Re Share HoldingsWe have the info on insider and investment funds holdings ,so the rest must be held by other shareholders like me in a bank tax sheltered account or some other investment account.
A couple of hundred Stockhouse posters with shares are less important than the shareholders we know about.
The main unknown would be how many prospective buyers are holding close to 10%.

I am thinking the bulk of FCU shareholders are not those I mentioned in my post but they are normal investors who see the value in the stock and are not likely to quickly approve a low ball offer. I have held my core shares since FCU was formed and I suspect that is where most of FCU shares are held.
We worry about day traders and others in the stock for a quick profit ,but I don't think that is who has the control of most of the shares. When it comes down to an offer most will not vote they will allow their shares to be voted by management .
