Gold/Uranium/Bazinga

Gold/Uranium/Bazinga
Good job longs!!  But feel the best is yet to come!

For what it is worth,  my calculations were 89.3M indicated and near 10M inferred totalling just under 100M.  High on one end but low on the other but came within a reasonable (perhaps lucky) estimate in total on my own but confident enough so that  I could pick up opportune shares as I stated before.  (They used a 0.1% cut off; I used 0.05% but my calculation were crude with the incomplete info I had)

As for the gold: some one stated that it had no value, but perhaps should re-read the mgmt. release which stated: "

"The additional gold mineralization associated with the uranium resource presents an exceptional opportunity. "

Also note: "Gold mineralization is associated with the uranium mineralization in the Triple R deposit and is reported as part of the mineral resource"

Since I didn't have gold values, my calculation excluded them.  But all in all in the ball park.  Felt the gold values were a little low,  but not shabby.

Secondary metals (Cu, Ni, Ag and rare earths content) are understandably not part of the resource estimate but could add value in future bargaining.

So at present 106M lbs.U3O8 at (latest) $35.35/lb. spot,  gives an overall value of near 3.75 billion.  But most U3O8 is not sold on spot price and is considerably higher.  Easily we would be over the 4 BILLION value at present numbers. (Mined U3O8).

Every $1 rise in U prices adds 106 Million value or a whopping 1+  billion for every $10.  assuming we do not find any more U.......which is highly unlikely with this statment from mgmt.

Quote:   Strong Growth Potential: Mineralization open in multiple directions and future drilling, including upcoming winter 2015 program, will in part focus on deposit growth.

But if and when future U3O8 price predictions come close to the $100/lb. , and we end up with 150M.......15 Billion!! (USD).

So the interesting question is: What would a  buyer offer and pay (dollars per lb. in situ) for a potential 15  billion dollar value property in the long term?   The potential profit margin could easily be 10 Billion or better over the life of the ore body.  If you don't own it, your potential profit  is 0.  Oh and this is in US dollars!  A little premium for Canadian stock holders!

$6 - $10/lb. now in situ ....future peanuts.

Strongly encourage personal due dilligence!!

Solver's musings.
