Information Package?? Fairness Letter??

Information Package?? Fairness Letter??
Weren't we suppose to receive an information package from FCU by the end of July explaining reasoning for this ridiculous merger?? Are we not going to get a fairness letter by a brokerage house saying and explaining why they deal is fair to FCU shareholders? Dev's BS explanations don't hold water, we need to see a real comparison of assets done by an independent party. Saying this deal is being done to protect us from a lowball offer is the height of ridiculous. Our protection from a lowball offer is for shareholders to vote no if that happens. He is short circuiting the auction process as a lowball offer can always lead to a higher offer or a competing offer. This merger needs to die and Dev should be tossed out on his stupid head.
