Stock Price Action

Stock Price ActionI think there are a large number of investors riding the fence like I am . My only real concern is a no vote then we get an offer for around a $1.50.  And it gets accepted by those who fail to see the long term value we have in this stock . It is certainly not reflected in the stock price and this has been the problem for a long time.
Not sure how large this risk is, but somebody sure has been very active keeping the stock price down. The merger should allow time for PLS value to be realized but they sure should have made a better deal.
The risk in this stock has been taken care of by exceptional drill results but we are in a very difficult market where crazy things are possible.
I will wait till the last day to vote my shares and if no offer it will be YES to the merger. Very bad things can happen with a no vote, but the chance it will pass is very minimal. Yes Pappy I am very familiar on how these votes work . Been there part of several.!!!
